Very knowledgable visit to review the work to be completed. Workers were on site in just a few days with all materials needed. I was very pleased with the professional work and a 3 man team. They are craftsmen!

Epic did a 1st rate job! My 11 year-old PT Wood deck showed signs of rot. They gave me an initial estimate and we signed a contract, 60% due at signing, 40% upon completion. It included a DETAILED Scope of Work list. As work began they found more damage. Each time more damage was uncovered, they gave me an Additional Work Order, 50% due on signing, 50% due upon completion.
