We were looking for a place to enjoy a sunny afternoon cocktail. We arrived at 2:18 pm. As we exited the elevator we were told: "we are closed. We reopen at 3pm." There were several groups of people sitting in the dining room eating and drinking. I was a bit perturbed. And loudly remarked "this makes no sense. These people have full drinks."
