We have used Glass Doctor twice now and are very pleased with their service. They are very prompt in providing quotes and efficient in scheduling and completing repair services. Highly recommend Glass Doctor.
Communication wasn’t the best. I had contacted them through their website twice before calling in person because I never got a response. The first appointment I set never got in the books by the receptionist, but they were able to still send a guy same day for appraisal. Again didn’t hear back for a couple days so had to call them to get the appraisal and schedule the repair. Luckily I just had a broken glass on my window so they were able to fix it within 20 minutes.
Fast response and fairly priced
Ordered shower door Monday. Ready Friday. George and his helper did an excellent job installing. Appreciated information on shower door care to prevent soap scum.
