Glass Doctor of Kalamazoo, Thank You for your heart felt apology to our community. Your employee Brett Freshour made a huge mistake today towards our fallen local fire chief Ed Switalski . I can only hope and pray that the young man has learned a very valuable lesson.
Brett owes every fire house in Kalamazoo and the family of Chief Switalski an apology and needs to be fired. Brett you are a coward and low life.
Giving this company a 1 star review based on one employees views is completely unfair. I know how much reviews on Facebook can hurt a companies business- the views of one employee do not reflect the views of the company that employs him. They can't control what their employees say.
