I have never used their services but it is not fair for a whole team of people (that depend on their income to feed their families) to be punished because they had no idea one of them was a disrespecting idiot. The owner has taken care of the situation and Brett will be dealt with accordingly.

I don't think you guys should be giving this company a 1 star review. What an employee said on Facebook has nothing to do with the quality of their business or service. The difficult and correct thing to do is call the store owner or manager and talk to them. Allow them the opportunity to respond to what he said. They have a 4.9 rating on Google so obviously they do good work.
I don't care how good of a job you do...if you have NO RESPECT for local people who risk their lives every day, I want NOTHING to do with you. As long as Brett Freshour works there you will get NO business from me. Shame on you. Be glad that firefighters are professionals because, if they weren't I wouldn't blame them one bit for making any response to your business a S L O W one! In THIS community we RESPECT our heroes.
