Fast friendly and efficient. Definitely would use again
This is a long overdue review for their excellent work on replacing a cracked windshield on my car the previous winter. Everyone I worked with there was very friendly and prompt.
Don't ruin these folks business with a bad review because of a tasteless comment by an employee, this could happen to any of you who employ workers!
I've never used this business before so don't read my review if you want to know about their service. I am just trying to counteract all the negative reviews this business is receiving because of one employees comment.
A couple of weeks ago my windshield took a hit while driving down I-94. By recommendation I stopped over at Glass Doctor of Kalamazoo and spoke to an extremely friendly woman(Candi?) at the front desk. I have never dealt with damage to my windshield so I was unsure of the process. Candi came outside, looked at my car, explained the process and even offered to help me with the insurance.
