RecommendedOur business corporate office is in Ohio, it's nice to have a company we can trust and that is dependable to do repairs etc. in the state where our stores are located!
My company had a break in at 11:30. I started calling at 12:30 and finally got ahold of a lady at 1:10 am. Left info and she said that someone would contact me shortly to come out. At 2:30 they called and said no one could come out. I had to wait for an hour and 20 minutes at Mass ave and Arlington to be turned down. I’m not impressed. So not really a 24 hour service. Now I get to start all over.
Someone tried to break in my house, they broke the side light. We went everywhere looking for glass so we could secure the house. No luck anywhere. Everyone offered to order glass but no one had it in stock. Called The Glass Doctor and they had what we needed. They agreed to stay open long enough for me to get there and pick up a new insert even though when I called they were trying to close early for the holiday. I requested an appointment online for glass doctor after seeing their reviews.... They never called me to schedule, so I called them! Got me in quick for a free estimate next day. They called in the morning and have me a time frame of 2:30-3:30. At 3:25 I called and asked if they were going to make it... The guy was nice and said he would get my Information to the scheduling side to see what's wrong and they would call me asap! At 3:50 I call back and their number is not working!!! Had a crack in my car windshield from flying debris. They gave me an exact quote and stuck to it. The owner Tim was so nice. He even showed me how to find the paint color on my car and explained how to order it and touch up a few spots. On top of that, the employees noticed I had a small plastic cover missing on my car, called the dealership and got me an exact price to replace it! So wonderful! You don't see service like this much anymore! Thanks for all your work (and help today!!)
