Very dissatisfied with the ********************* service I recieved from ****************** in *********** **. Originally used Glass Dr. to replace glass in 6 windows with failed seals in 2015. Glass Dr.'s quote was about twice the other quotes we received. The salesman promptly went out to his truck & returned in 10 - 15 minutes & cut his estimate in half making him competitive & he said Glass Dr. had the best warranty in the business; lifetime warranty against failed seals. Company intentionally deceives potential customers. The website directly states "Get a free in-home consultation". While trying to schedule the consult, the company then requires the customer to pay a fee to schedule the "free consultation."

Glass Doctor of North Texas has four websites affiliated. None of the four webpages have any verbiage that claim a free in-home consultation. Our employees do require a service fee of $35 to be collected to place a customer on our specialists route. This fee is then added into the overall cost of whatever work is needed for the customer. Did not show up for scheduled time of appointment. Gave me a 10-1 window and night before said 3-5. Told sorry. Nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. Cannot get a live person as an existing customer so had to select new customer and then was transferred to the same voice mail and no one returned my call. Jaime P*******, technician with Glass Doctor, came to my house and inspected all the windows. He made recommendations, and was very thorough and polite during the whole process. When I called to speak to the office staff they were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend the Glass Doctor for any car or house window repairs. Request Jaime for your next job need.
I had 5 window panes replaced in 3 different types of windows, and the price was about 30% cheaper than another service provider that quoted me. Jaime called me when they were 30 minutes out and that was perfect because I needed a little time to get home from an appointment I was at prior to this install. I cannot believe that the BBB rates this business as A+. Check the reviews and you will find many just like the one you are about to read, still the BBB says that they are an A+ company. Right! I cannot explain to you, how, unfortunate my experience was. Not only did they refuse my payment by check one time, because of an antiquated payment, system, source, that was NOT working, they could not even process a credit/debit card transaction on a second attempt for the balance. "Clear up a balance on my work order??, they said?" This was all the companies fault, doing and problem. They created their own nightmare. I complied.
