Worst customer service I have EVER had!!! Had one of their guys out to give us a quote and he said he could put it in on such and such date. We told him up front we were moving and needed to make sure it was done on the date here said. He said that it was plenty of time and he'd for sure have it done. The morning he was supposed to come out and install it, he never showed up. So I called, and they said the parts weren't going to be in till the next day or maybe up to 3 more days.
