They did not tell me they broke the plastic molding when replacing my windshield. Instead they broke it and glued it together like nothing happened. Now a year later the glue has failed and the pieces are broken. A specialist at a dealership showed me it had been glued the last time my windshield was replaced and filled me in on everything. Called to make an appointment for an auto glass replacement yesterday. I expected that it would be sometime next week but they said, "how would tomorrow work for you"? Dropped it off this morning and Jeff said it would be ready by 3 PM. I told him that would work as we were going fishing for the day. Called needing to get a rock chip fixed, and was told if I brought it down right then it would take 20 minutes. Once I arrived it was 45 minutes, and was told that it's always a minimum of 30 minutes.
