While I was initially happy with the windshield we had installed, I’m not so happy with the chip repairs. On two separate occasions I came in to get a rock chip repair. First, was fine however the second time they re-fixed the first rock chip that had already been repaired. I called to be sure they fixed the correct one on my husbands advice. Called yesterday with a busted windshield and Joseph got me in there the next day! Once I got to the shop, Ally (incredibly sweet) was super helpful in making sure I had all the details on what was going on with warranties and all that jazz. However, I definitely want to say that Tyler did an absolutely incredible job on putting a new windshield in in a very quick, efficient manner, even with my lightbar having to be dealt with in the process. First of all when I called to make an appointment I was unsure of our insurance coverage. The receptionist got my insurance agent on the line and cleared up any questions about coverage and cost. Very helpful! The process continued to go just as smoothly from drop off to pick up. Couldn't be happier with Glass Doctor's service.
The entire crew at Glass Doctor has always done a great job and provided excellent service for me. Keith and Jeff have never been a (pain) to work with :). Have known the business since it started in Bozeman,still recommend them today.

I have gotten glass cleaner from the Glass Doctor and I have to tell you, it cleans like no other cleaner I have ever used, including vinegar and newspaper! I'd buy a case if I could store it!
