While I was initially happy with the windshield we had installed, I’m not so happy with the chip repairs. On two separate occasions I came in to get a rock chip repair. First, was fine however the second time they re-fixed the first rock chip that had already been repaired. I called to be sure they fixed the correct one on my husbands advice. Called yesterday with a busted windshield and Joseph got me in there the next day! Once I got to the shop, Ally (incredibly sweet) was super helpful in making sure I had all the details on what was going on with warranties and all that jazz. However, I definitely want to say that Tyler did an absolutely incredible job on putting a new windshield in in a very quick, efficient manner, even with my lightbar having to be dealt with in the process. First of all when I called to make an appointment I was unsure of our insurance coverage. The receptionist got my insurance agent on the line and cleared up any questions about coverage and cost. Very helpful! The process continued to go just as smoothly from drop off to pick up. Couldn't be happier with Glass Doctor's service.

Great experience for me. Mark and Ben came out to replace the windshield in my F-150 and did an excellent job! They really went the extra mile to get parts for me that the last company lost and replaced with make shift. Very professional, very observant, and reliable. Always use these guys for glass.
