The Glass Doctor promised me a glass pane for my home in December 2022. Never delivered and lied throughout. I paid half almost $200 up front and they promised a refund in April 2023 that has never been provided. Unprofessional and unethical business. Owner has lied to me multiple times. They estimated delivery February 2023. At that time an installer came to my house and turned my broken window inside out. Why?!? Said the glass they had ordered didn’t fit and they would make it in their shop - a lie - they don’t make argon ... read more
