The only service that we do not offer is transmission work - but we can advise on some great shops in the Dallas area for that. Glass Cars is Great! – Glass Cars has been my "go to" place for everything automotive for many years. From a simple oil change to a full brake job to body work; they are reasonable, reliable and thorough. Jim and Terry always lay out the issues, give me my options, complete the work, and go over the repairs with me. Auto repair you can always trust. Customer service you'll crave. Best Body Shop in Dallas – After taking my car to Service King for an estimate due to a fender bender (literally), I googled "body shops dallas" and found Glass Cars. Since I live in the neighborhood I decided to swing by for an estimate. They came in much lower than Service King, and I felt as if I was getting personal service from them vs. the cattle call method of Service King. Excellent service! – I highly recommend them! Glass cars had excellent customer service and made everything hassle free. Jim, the owner, always kept me updated on the progress of my car. They did a great job and for a great price too. Being family owned really gives it that personal touch. I will definitely go back to Glass Cars when/if my car needs any more work!

Great Repair and Service – We have been using Glass Cars for both mechanical repairs and body work for the past 14 or 15 years. We have had Fords, Jeeps, VWs and Audis during this time, and Jim has always stood behind his work, provided great customer service and solid repairs at a fair price. Excellent Mechanical Work – Glass Cars fix my clutch for me after a valet parker burned it out. The owner Jim was incredibly helpful in both getting my truck fixed and handling someone else's insurance company. He also fixed it for less than originally quoted, which was already was less than the dealership. He was also very helpful even after the repair was done. The repair work was excellent. I highly reccomend them.

This is a great place for good and friendly service! – This was the first time I've taken a car in for body work. I was confused and a little nervous about all this. I have to say that I really appreciated the friendly, honest and clear reponse I recieved from Jim Hanks, the owner of Glass Cars, and his staff.
