Glass Block Designs is Unethical and Selfish This woman runs a very unethical business. She used scare tactics at the point of sale to convince me to buy many more supplies than I needed. She did explain to me that there would be a 25% restocking fee upon return. No problem...I can understand that, but when I attempted to return the remainder of the supplies (unopened and perfectly new) she would not accept it.

horrible We had planned to have a glass block wall installed in our home. Judy explained this was possible and they were willing to do the job. We sent photos of our home and never heard back. We left tons of phone calls and never heard back. I finally got in touch with her and she told us she never received an email and would send us an email promptly.
