They showed up on time, but did a terrible job replacing the windshield. After driving around I thought I heard more wind noise than usual in the car and noted it in the customer satisfaction survey I received. I never heard back from the company despite asking for someone to call me. A month after it was done I was still finding bits of broken glass on the floor as they were being blown around in the air conditioner from when they removed the cracked windshield, and now that we're in the heavy rainy season there's water lea... read more
I had my car windshield replaced in Orlando, FL. The customer service far exceeded my expectations. My point of contact made sure my service was scheduled to my needs, he followed up on the day of service and after the repair was complete. The Tech arrived when he said he would, did the replacement in my driveway in less than an hour, was friendly and did a wonderful job on my car. I would highly recommend this company.
