Really great experience with this company. They quoted me a price that was almost $100 less than any other quote I'd received, had no problem with meeting me at work, and the job they did was exceptional. It was raining the morning the windshield was to be installed so the tech called to let me know he was still planning on coming out just in case the rain might let up ... thankfully he arrived between rain storms and installed the windshield in less than 30 minutes.. just 5 minutes before a huge thunderstorm started up. I set up an appointment to have my window replaced, and they never showed up. I called and they said everything was set up, but still no one came.
When I called to schedule an appointment, I had to wait 3 days until next available. I had a window where I could take an appointment that day and they assured me they would be there betwee the specified hours. They never showed. DO NOT USE
when i call the repersentaive was so nice she answered all of my question that i had and did not one time get an attiude thank u for being respectful
All the employees from the office to the installer were very nice and helpful. They came out quickly and replaced my windshield in less than 30 mins!
After several quotes shopping around for the best price... Glass america gave me the cheapest quote of them all. They have a great rating so I thought I would try them out. The guy came out and gladley replaced my windshield right in front of me, it only took about 30Min. He did a awsome job for a very low price.
