My daughter’s car window was broken into the other day and needed replacement. Our insurance company, State Farm, had recommended your company and had setup scheduling you to come and replace the window. Not only were you able to service us within a 24 hour period, but you were willing to come right our home to do the work. I called the San Antonio office for windshield replacement after my daughter hit a bird that shattered her windshield enroute from her home in west Texas to San Antonio. I was asked "what are you trying to do, bump your claim?" The city had been hit by a hail storm. I did not appreciate being treated like this by this company. I did call back after I realized what the female was saying and said I had proof of address and the hotel reservations. I would not recommend this to anyone. Very rude.
Amazing!! this is the word that I will use to describe Glass of America. My car was broken into and safelite was only able to repair my window two days later. I called Glass of America. they not only matched the price but Devon, their repair guy came in the same day and installed a new glass window for my car. The person who took my appointment was great, Devon who put in the new window came in on time, did a great job and vacuumed my car to get rid of the excess glass under the seat.
