They were able to come out within 2 hours for an emergency call. I had water leaking from the ceiling in my lower level. The tech was great. Very knowledgeable,really took the time to evaluate the situation, and did not make it into more then it really was. Although it was suspected that it was a water line or drain line that was leaking, it turns out that it was actually the rubber boots and flashing around my vent stacks on the roof. Unfortunately they were not able to repair the problem because it required a roofer. But I... read more
