We own a 36-unit apartment building. When our RM quit without warning, we needed a replacement but lacked a vacant unit or a competent & available tenant. I hired Glaser property mgmt to rent out and manage my west LA condo. For three months it sat empty with the only suggestion being to continue to lower the price. After losing patience, I decided to put the listing up on Zillow myself. Within two weeks I had over 20 tours scheduled and 5 qualified applicants (two of which offered to pay higher rent to secure the condo). Not sure what Glaser management was doing during those three months
Daniel is the best! Extremely responsive and quick to act upon any requests or issues. Clearly cares about tenant experience and making sure tenants are taken care of. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
Took my application fee weeks ago and never responded after multiple follow ups. EDIT: I followed up repeatedly and there was no response from the property manager or the owner of the company. There should always be a response one way or another if YOU send a link requesting an applicant's personal information and payment. RentGrow specifically states to follow up with the landlord/property manager if we do not hear back within 24 hours.
