Good service I like the owner the best. Her name is Elaine. She is very attentive and works hard. I like the facials mostly and other services. They are all always so nice..

Horrible service, rude employees!! absolutely awful!! I went for the polish that doesn't chip for 2 weeks and it looked horrible so I asked if it could be fixed and if they could get it off my skin. The guy actually yelled at me and told me to "plan my time better" since I couldn't wait for 30 minutes. Horrible customer service and I would recommend walking the 20 feet to go to Oscar nails instead.

Glamour Nails And Spa is nice. I have never gone here but i have been near there before and it always looks so nice in side. There is always someone in there. The hours of they are opened are great.

Love them Dillon and Elaine were very nice and showed great customer service and concern for the end results. They made sure I was happy. I have been several places trying to find someone that did on goo job on nails. This is the best yet. I am a new customer. Great place... very kind people.

Horrible!!! My husband and I have been customers for a while. At one time we thought they were good, not great. Recently, we went to them for manicures and pedicures. They cut nails crooked and did a horrible job on my fake nails in preparation of my wedding. As I was pointing out the errors the owner Dillon would yell at me and he and his associate would laugh as they spoke in their foriegn language. He said I "was too picky", seriously?! World Class Spa I loved my experience @ Glamour Nails and Spa. The staff was professional, and very nice. My services included lashes, pedicure and solar nails and I loved every moment of it. The lashes are beautiful and I have recieved several compliments. I had some difficulties finding the salon (thanks to my GPS) and one of the staff came to my rescue....I couldn't believe how sweet she was for doing that. I am a new life long member of Glamour Nails and Spa! Thanks Ladies for making me feel Glamourous>>>

Unprofessional and unskilled owner and workers I've never had such a horrible manicure and pedicure! Don't point out poor work and obvious mistakes or they will yell at you! I have never been treated by anyone in the service industry in this manner. They think its funny, I think its pathetic. They charge way too much to do such lousy work, I could had done a better job myself and saved my money. The owner Dylan is very rude and unprofessional. No wonder this salon is usually empty! Stay away!

Don't let Cory do your nails! Although I like Dylan, Elaine and the other girls who do the pedicures, I absolutely will not let Cory touch me again. The first time he scraped the skin under my ankle bone with the callous scraper. That area doesn't even get callouses. He was just careless. Last week i let him do my nails and I have 5 fingers which have cuts under them from the way he used the tool. Glamour Nails And Spa is a wonderful gift. I love coming here for my facials. They do a great job. My skin has greatly improved to the point that I bearly wear make-up. I have started giving spa treatments as gifts.
