i payed $123 for my nails and i wanted to go back to fix 3 of them as their not to my liking. they told me i have to pay extra to get them fixed. for paying 123 dollars i feel they should make it their duty to make sure the customer is satisfied and not add more money on top of that. i go here often, the nails look great but customer service skills are lacking
I had such a great experience at the Aurora location! Sam was amazing. she was so kind, detail-oriented, and incredibly talented. She recreated my inspiration photo perfectly, and I’m absolutely obsessed with how my nails turned out! They exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend booking with Sam! 🤩✨
did a good job but site says 20$ for shillac pedicure , why am I walking out with the tab saying 54$ and the worker is further looking at me like I owe a tip on top of what they are charging. I walked out with the total being almost 3 times what it’s estimated to be so unfair actually ripping people off what a scam
I've been going here for 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The establishment is very clean and all the girls are friendly and very experienced. Sam is my regular esthetician and she is amazing. My nails always look good. I've never had a problem with her or her work. She is my go to girl. I definitely recommend her and this establishment.
