Been going to Glamour for almost a year - very unhappy with first visit hair fell out b4 30 days, because ive heard great things i figure i'll try again. Loved 2nd stylist. Figure i would try color - horrible decision, they didn't color my roots i have about an inch of grey grown out, nor did they mention oh price doesn't include roots, nor did they have appreciation for my look to suggest the roots.
