Unprofessional. called to schedule an appointment for 2 pm for a Dominican blow out and was told that 2 pm should be fine and they looked forward to seeing me. drove all the way to the salon to see that it was closed. (Grant you I live 30 mins away) A curiosity call or text stating that they could not take me would have been great.
