My first time ever being racially profiled. I had done some shopping on Robertson and Melrose and had some Opening Ceremony and The Kooples bags. After following me for five minutes and muttering to herself she finally announced that she doesn't allow bags from outside stores. There were no signs indicating that policy. The woman who worked there was extremely rude, she profiled my friends and myself. She then said "I don't allow outside bags in my store. However there is no signage that states that. We decided to take our services else where.
