Worst nail experience of my life I’m writing this review 5 YEARS after this happened that’s how angry it makes me. I went to get my birthday nails here after seeing what I assumed was very skilled work I posted on their page. I wanted nude base with a small rainbow and stars. My impression was that this business heavily markets itself using hip-hop culture, Black celebrities, and branding that gives the appearance of being Black-owned. The irony is that it isn’t. Businesses can market however they choose, but it felt misleading to lean so heavily on a cultural identity that doesn’t actually reflect the ownership behind the brand. I cannot believe the way buisness is run . I watched 8 other customers without appts, walk in and get serviced while I was getting my pedicure .meanwhile I'm getting my gel x on hands .,she pulls my lady to attend to everyone . She did so without any sort of communication whatsoever . No , I watch everyone else get finished but my hands are still without even a tip to start with . I had such an amazing experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The salon is spotless, relaxing, and beautifully set up. My nail tech paid incredible attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. My nails turned out even better than I imagined and have lasted so well. You can tell they truly care about their work and their clients. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
