I've attached pictures to piggy back off of Michel's review. It is fairly easy to see the inconsistencies in color. I must admit, I'm no hair expert as I personally shave my head--but, I don't know, Rick--something is off. Michel does not mention spots, nor stains as the owner responded. However, you can see how the shades of color on the top and back of the head are different, and how the underneath layers there are some patches of no color at all. I would like to give a 0 review but it is not allowed. I made an appointment last Friday, March 29th with Dany. I specifically asked for highlights with my dark hair predominating (I didn't want my hair to look more blonde than dark) to which she offered balage and I said no. At the end of everything I didn't look at it so badly but she never showed me my full hair with a mirror behind me as usual.
