Have been asking for a call from the medical director with no response. Been told she would call me and then nothing. The staff I spoke with on the phone were kind but the lack of follow through on the back end to help a patient is disappointing. Also the doctor I was seeing broke best practices and then tried to cover herself by throwing me under the bus. Funny how I can’t get the medical director to speak to me to hear my complaint. My only recourse is to now file a complaint with the state medical board.
The employees who answer the phone are excellent! Wendy and Alberta were so friendly and helped me resolve a portal issue quickly and easily. They saved me a ton of time and headache!
The care I have received from the provider has been adequate, but dealing with the administration side of things has been difficult. When you call in the office to speak to the front desk you can hear the other front desk attendants talking to patients on other phone lines and can hear absolutely everything they are saying. It's frustrating to not be able to hear who you are directly speaking to and also concerning to hear private medical conversations of other patients.
