Dr. Garcia is very professional and takes the time to explain everything to you.
My nurse practitioner, Tiffany Barnes, was 20+ minutes late to my appointment with no explanation. During the appointment, she was very cold and disengaged, looked at her computer the whole time, and asked very few questions about my symptoms. It basically felt like she was trying to finish as fast as possible with minimum effort, she dismissed my pre-existing ADHD diagnosis and just prescribed an antidepressant. I’d had trouble finding mental health care that worked with my insurance and was reputable/competent (?), so I thought I’d try Gladstone when I passed their sign in a building I was in. My psychiatrist for meds, Dr. Tiffany, is VERY knowledgeable and considers my current tough circumstances when deciding on meds, WITH insurance, which means it costs out of pocket $215 less than my old dr.
