I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Considering they're dealing with mentally ill people, they have no regard for people's time or consideration for what anyone is going through. They'll happily screw you out of money no matter what the reason. They're incredibly unprofessional and if you ask to change providers they act like it's the end of the world and utterly impossible. Honestly, I wish I never started using this practice. Probably the worst thing for my mental health since getting depression and anxiety.
