This is the worst place I have ever lived in as I been a resident the last three years and the new management that came in I have been threatened and discriminated against with lies and drama and constant letters on the door with falsified lies and had the lease renewed and then said we never signed the lease which we did which my sister is poa of my roommate and they made me go get her receiving cancer treatments in Chicago and said she had to be here to sign the lease over that was already signed .I went and got her and sh... read more
Drug infested, gang controlled nightmare. Lost my sister at gunpoint, shot me in leg, stole my car, and left us in the Indiana country on a 20* night. My sister was found dead and bludgeoned 3 days later. This hellhole belongs in rural Ghana run by the natives would be an improvement.
I have been living here for five years in a rent controlled unit, and was just told that my rent will increase by $150 beginning immediately. Five years of the same rent, and now this. They were also supposed to send notices of when the lease is up, so you know when you need to resign. Instead, they will not tell you, and will then threaten to get their lawyers involved if you try to go ahead and leave because you can't afford it. Management is horrendously inconsistent.
