Very good customer service, David was very helpful and very patient and polite.
This review is for the uhaul aspect of the company. First and foremost, the kid working there named David was arrogant and rude. His attitude was borderline suggestive of wanting to have a physical altercation, which would have ended badly for him. He got defensive when I questioned the policies of the company, instead of just providing information. Man let me tell you some shit. I really thought I had some true friends, but they were kinda slimy. Long story short they had their whole mama evict us out of the room we were using til July, for reasons that had nothing to do with us but they didn't have the courage to do it themselves out of passive aggressive bullshit I guess.
