I could tell the property was well taken care of by the appearance. The cleanliness of the inside and the unit itself matched that. The icing on the cake was the service I got from Josie, the property manager. She was willing to reschedule my appointment when I had a last minute event pop up. She had my reserved unit ready, but also offered me a different unit that still met my needs and was more affordable. Josie was very personable and professional when I went to go and get a locker for storage. She treated me with great respect and I feel very confident that the storage facility will secure my belongings without fail.
I just rented a storage unit today and wow I am so impressed. The gal who helped me was so sweet, kind and helpful. The unit itself feels safe and secure. Plus this is the cheapest storage place near me!
