Their service department is the best! I can almost always get in right when I want & they catch things before they get expensive. My husband, son & I all take our vehicles here.
We moved away from Baraboo and I still drive the two and a half hours to get service and work with the staff at Glacier Valley. I have always been happy with the prices and customer service. Scott and Brent are great in service and Don has always been fair to us in Sales. Keep up the great work!!
I am pretty disappointed. I went in to get a truck key made. They said it would be $25. When I picked it up, the Bill was close to $70. They didn't mention the labor of $44. Deceptive!! Tell people the cost up front. I never got an estimate. Just feel ripped off
From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable. My salesman, Matt Hoppe, was beyond fantastic. The finance team, Theresa and Craig were amazing and the overall experience was excellent! I have never felt more at ease when purchasing a new car and I will definitely tell everyone I know in the car market to go see Matt at Glacier Valley Ford!!! THANK YOU!!!
