This place is a rip-off. They have unskilled workers that damage your vechicle when you being it in. they then refuse to take acountability and repair the damage they caused. NO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHICLE HERE!!!!

And here's what really happened. Brandon brought his vehicle in to our service department on June 2, 2020 for an oxygen sensor. We replaced the O2 sensor, charged the car battery at no charge, he paid the bill promptly, end of chapter one. Now, 6 weeks later, his back up camera doesn't work. When we gave him an estimate, he went off on a profanity filled tyrade about how we supposedly broke it. He continued to spew profanities at our employees. Put themselves in the customers shoes and try to help. positives instead of negatives. I don't want to hear what you can't do. What can you do to help.
I've been looking for a used truck for a long time, as my budget increased so did my standards. I checked just about every dealership in RC, Reedsburg, Baraboo, and Sauk City looking for that combination of the "perfect' vehicle and the crew who will be servicing it. BAM! Glacier Valley had my truck and the folks there are great!
Our salesman Matt H. was amazing. He didn't pressure us on anything. He always kept in contact with us throughout the entire process. Laurie was a huge help and made all the paperwork painless! If you are out shopping for a vehicle I highly recommend you go see Matt H. he will get you what you are looking for!
