I was excited to get my nails done today with my best friend. Today was our pampering day. It was unfortunately ruined by this salon because of their rushed and terrible work. I asked originally for a detailed nail design I had drawn out. The lady said it was too much (mind you, I came in early, there was no one there, I was ready to pay for hyper detailed work, etc.) and I was like, okay, thats fine. I’m so disheartened that I have to write this review as I’ve been coming here for years but I absolutely cannot be silent about the nails I had gotten done. Not only were my nails rushed, but they came out blocky and the effort to detail was not there. I’m sad this is the outcome but I hope nothing but the best for everyone here.
I was very happy with my nails as was my niece! I will return. I would have like to sit beside my niece during my service, BUT I should have probably stayed that in my booking notes or mentioned it when I got there but otherwise it was a great experience.
went to get shellac nails done yesterday, and unfortunately I was not happy with the service or the final result. The polish was uneven, and some fingers appeared to have more coats than others, making the overall look inconsistent. I felt the application was rushed and lacked attention to detail. I also have cerebral palsy and shaken baby syndrome, which affects my left hand and causes it to stay bent. STAY AWAY. The technician cut too deep into my toe nail and then started digging into my nail and skin. I saw her literally peel away my skin from the top to the bottom of my toe. It was excruciating and I started bleeding immediately but she continued digging into it. She didn’t say a word, not even an apology. Then, at no point did she even attempt to clean it or put anything on it to stop the bleeding. Just continued as if it was sanitary so I had to ask her to clean it up.
