Paid $80 for a manicure and pedicure because they kept adding stuff to my water and hands when I told them no, lol the lady never cut my cuticles either and now it’s been a week and my nails look like crap and the shellac is supposed to stay on for two weeks. Literally never going back.
I just had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon in my life! Honest to God the woman who was working on my nails should not even be in the industry. She did one nail at a time and put it in the shellac dryer which I thought was nuts! She then forgot to do my nail design. So she stopped my hand massage and had somebody else do the design. Have given this place a chance 3 times now, every time I get the same person and I am never happy. But didn’t expect this... ridiculous honestly — at GL Nails.
they used tools on me and then shared it with the person next to me without sanitizing it. everything looked dirty... and I got a mani/pedi which I thought they would charge as a whole because it's cheaper that way.. they charged them separately so they could charge me more. the lady refused to give me the shape o I wanted. go to sandy's they're alot better.

I love Lynzi!! She was so sweet and my nails turned out so nice. Pictures don’t do justice, she made me feel so comfortable!
What I got vs what I asked for. And when she cut me she never apologized. Ended up paying 50$!! The lady who did my nails was rude!
