The team was very polite and did an extremely thorough job. Our basement carpet in San Diego had some big stains from years of spills, dirty shoes, and lots of gatherings. Brandon was professional and polite from beginning to end. The price I paid after the carpet cleaning was just what I was told when I set up the appointment. It seems it helps to clearly explain what you want cleaned. I had a mattress that was nearly ten years old and had many pet stains. Even though not every stain could be removed, which I understand because they were very old, the mattress is now much cleaner and looks a lot better! G&L Carpet Cleaning did a great job.
