Very displeased , poor customer service, very poor experience with service department. Will never buy another vehicle there or take one for service.
I have purchased 3 vehicles through the Gjovik dealerships and will gladly give their Service Dept. five stars. Out of the 10 years I have been going to them for routine maintenance and any needed repairs, I have never had a bad experience. They are always polite and take the time to listen to any problems I'm having and then explain the work that needs to be done. I will also give the Allstate representatives 5 stars. When using a loaner vehicle, they are fast and very friendly.

Told us the car had been checked by service department...got it home and transmission and radiator were leaking...they refuse to cover the repair...Do not buy a car here!
I recently purchased a used truck from Gjovik. I have driven it for several months, and it has been a fantastic vehicle. The dealership serviced and prepared the vehicle very well. Their staff was great to work with, and they spent the time to work with me and address all of my questions.
