My uncle Wade Riebe bought a used truck there, of course they supposedly did $4k worth of work to it but the day after he took possession of it truck won’t start. Mysteriously something in the ignition is malfunctioning. Gjovik told him too bad we already fixed enough prior to taking possession. Now that’s poor customer service right there. Salesman and store manager are unwilling to help fix problem he’s not asking for free repair just some help with cost. They are unwilling. Do you want to be next?

Made appointment for 2017 Sierra with 2 warranty issues and 1 recall issue. Recall done in 2 minutes. Both warranty items I was charged $140 to look at and they did not solve either issue. Being a GM owner my entire life, it is sad to say that this is a disgrace to the name. It's better to spend my money elsewhere than deal with these shenanigans. I want my money back.
There courteous service and attention to detail
I've never gotten an oil change and tire rotation by myself (my husband always did it and he's in Heaven now) I'm trying to keep up with what he did for our cars, etc. I had a good experience beginning with the young guy who checked me in, and the salesman, Anthony who sold us the Denali. He took some time to help me navigate some of the systems I was confused about. The complimentary car wash wasn't the shiny bug free wash that my husband did but I can't complain because I brought it in pretty dirty. Thanks for everything!
Bought my 2019 equinox there could not ask for a better salesman or better service I’ve had two oil changes there now drive-in drive out service is spectacular !
