We have had a great experience with this facility before today. Came in for surgery started with a nurse announcing first and last name in the waiting room full of people then a nurse who has “been doing this for years” very rudely giving instructions for the rest of the day. I’m sorry I know you’re busy however my situation is not the same as the next persons so some private time would be nice.

I will never go to this hospital again. Too many family members have died there under their care. Go to Albany Med instead.

I have heard, from two different people, that Family Medical Group located in Rensselaer, NY, has recently turned their backs on their Workers Compensation patients. From my understanding, one of these patients has been a patient there for years and is now struggling to find a new Dr. As you all know it is a challenge being on worker comp., everything is a fight, and finding a new doctor, who will actually take Workers Comp, is almost impossible.
