I felt like I was talking to lawyers, not doctors... I couldn't get any straight answers, after 4 days we still aren't sure what went wrong after my mother had her surgery. All we do know is she wasn't home for more than 8 hours before she was transported by ambulance back. The ER nurse said she was septic, but that changed when they found out her surgery had been done there.... It's a shame, it used to be a trusted source of care...
Not impressed with this hospital as far a nurses care. They didn’t bathe my father for 14 days while he was in and they discharged him even though he was clearly sick with a gastrointestinal issue. C.diff and they didn’t see it? Five days later he died! Careless reckless awful!

I've been utilizing the services of the anti-coagulation clinic at the Massry Center for many years now and have always found all those working there to be nothing less than courteous and professional in manner and actions. I'd like to especially mention the person,I believe to be a Pharmacy tech(correct me if I'm wrong) who's first name I believe is Elma(I didn't catch her last name) that I saw there today during my regularly scheduled appointment. She was engaging,courteous and very concerned about my well being in general... read more

I followed my nurse practitioner to Albany Memorial. Overall I have been happy with the care there but I may leave because the billing is terrible. There have been errors on almost every bill. Everything from transcribing FSA payments wrong. Balance billing, billing for non covered services that are Provider Liability. I frequently have to call twice to get anything corrected. Albany OB GYN management is too worst. They rescheduled my wife's appointment with out even notifying her or taking her consent. When asked about it, they gave a very irresponsible answer saying they can't do anything about it and asked to go to another practitioner if we don't like them. I would not recommend it to any one.
