She is the best. Wonderful customer service but more importantly both wedding dresses i had altered were done perfectly. Gizzelle great and I will continue to have her do my alterations for all my events. �

Look NO further!! I purchased my unique 100% crochet wedding dress from the Sentimentalist and was so worried about who to take it to for alterations even though I did not need much! Gizzelle was referred to me by the bridal salon so I went there! Gizzelle and her assistant were beyond sweet and made me feel so happy instantly about choosing them for my dress. Gizzelle work speaks for herself. 8 yrs ago I came to her location with all nervousness. I ordered a wedding dress to fit my budget online.Dress came in as beautiful as can be but it was huge with a long train as I was preparing for a beach wedding. Great listener and comforter. She treated me like friend, sister and mother as I had no other support in what to do. Gizelle and her team are amazing! My daugher's wedding dress needed to be altered by several sizes, and the finished product was just perfect! Gizelle was so easy to work with and did not stop until the dress fit exactly right and my daughter was absolutely satisfied! All the hard work paid off as she looked amazing! Would give them 10 stars if I could. We altered my mom’s wedding dress into a top for my rehearsal dinner and they did an incredible job - exactly what we were picturing but better. They have also done both my and my sister’s wedding dresses and were perfect. We absolutely love Gizzelle and Martina, would recommend this shop to anyone!
