First off, our family is anything but easy. We have 3 little children, all with multiple activities to schedule around and very different needs. Gizelle and John Sipin helped me find and purchase a home in my daughter's Capitola neighborhood in 2007. They negotiated a great price for me and a quick purchase which was very important to me.
