Gizelle is very experienced and diligent, she showed us just right properties, explained all details and tricks (I'm a first time buyer, so it was very helpful). She also helped us to select a bidding strategy to win the competition and saved us significant amount of money. She was very proactive and worked directly with our mortgage officer to resolve all issues in a timely manner. We had a tricky loan getting process and her support was very valuable.
