Giving Home Health Care, Amarillo, Texas, has been an absolute life saver for my husband. The staff has taken the time to get to know him and, therefore, is fully aware of his needs in order to improve his activities of daily living. The staff is personable, caring, understanding, interested in the patient, always takes my calls and is quick to respond with answers to my questions. Giving isn't a good company to have care for your loved ones. If you report anything it NEVER gets investigated or people who are being reported fired. HHA have been reported drinking on the job with clients family members and no action taken as well as some of their nurses come to work looking like they just got out of bed very unprofessional there needs to be a field supervisor who can pop up on some of these employees who aren't doing their jobs giving report to the HHA coming into an unfamiliar situation.
