Very good firm knowledgeable and honest and reasonable. I needed an exterior door and storm door installed rather quickly. I received various information from other contractors and was on sensory overload specially since this is a manufactured home and details can come up quite easily. Very professional,these people are best contractors we've ever worked with. They went above and beyond in every way. Just love their attention to every detail.
They went above and beyond what we had agreed to in the contract and were very fair with their pricing on repairs that we did not know we were going to need. Repairs and re-roof were done in a very timely manner and without any issues.
Professional, on time, friendly, clean, respectful. The quality of the work was amazing. A really good example of how to present and take care of business. You could say they Get "R" Done. Thanks for improving our home.
He's very busy, but very, very good.
The work was impeccable... Every detail, right down to the clean up after the job was completed was top notch. I live on the water, and wanted a mental roof, Jim came out and told me for water living, you need aluminum.. No one else told me that, so I had doubts, I looked it up on the internet and sure enough Jim was, dead on right... Other companies would have put steel on , and after years of use it would start to rust, not so with aluminum. It looks beautiful, (as roofs can). Violated the contract day one. Required 50% of contract up front. Did not show up the contracted dates. After a threat to start, or refund the money, finally started work a month late. This contractor is full of excuses and lies to put off the project. They worked a total of 127 hours in a 5 month period. He blames everyone else for substandard quality and timeliness. While this review is disappointing, we believe the ratings from some of our other customers, speak for themselves as for the quality, service and cost of our product and workmanship. This project did take longer than we had anticipated, which was equally frustrating for our customer, who had recently purchased this home, and our company. Manufacturing/delivery delays of the cabinets extended the initial installation date of the cabinets, however, to compensate for the delay, we offered (and the customer graciously accepted) ... read more
