This office and Dr. Mattia are a conundrum. I went to him for a second opinion. From the start, it was difficult to reach a human at the office. I left a voicemail twice and requested that someone call me back. No one did. I finally called a third time, when the phone was answered and I was able to make an appointment. I arrived at the appointed time and was asked to fill out quite a lot of paperwork.
