An absolute joy from start to finish. They were incredibly accommodating when making my appointment, explained everything that was wrong with my disaster of a car as they went through the diagnostic check and inspection of my car, and gave me options when scheduling the additional work that needed to be done. Finally made it to the Girls Auto Clinic for inspection. I usually dread inspection and mechanics in general, but what a pleasant experience it was! They were courteous and friendly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the free manicure at the beauty bar was a nice touch. They sent me a list of required and recommended repairs in a list with photos, and took the time to explain each item in person. Thanks for a great experience — I will definitely be back!

I love GAC for so many reasons. I never feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me. Whenever possible, they’ve given me a heads up about upcoming repairs to expect. They take the time to answer my car questions. Not only have I received excellent service and car care, I’ve also learned more about cars. What I’ve learned from the shecanics at GAC helped me feel more confident when I purchased a new car.
We actually heard about this through a YouTube commercial. This was the only commercial we actually watched all the way through. I wish there was something like yalls business in nc!
a very unique waiting area. why? because it was beautiful clean and comfortable. I know of a great mechanic near my house. but I would NOT be caught dead waiting in his filthy cramped, unsanitary 2 old broken down chairs, grease stained waiting room. plus I got great service here!
Clean, organized and extremely professional. I actually got to meet the owner when I picked up my mother's car :-) She gave me a tour when she heard it was my first time visiting!
