Paid $1250 in October for tenant eviction. Tenant left 2 days later. Mr Girling played no part in resolution yet will not take phone calls or respond to multiple emails. Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection are helping. Certified Letter sent and awaiting full refund over 6 months later without response despite secretary saying he is aware of situation. I have not a single positive thing to say about this conduct. BEWARE!
