I’ve been with this company 3 years now. First thing that happened was they changed our paycheck days a while ago and messed up my pay!( as in I didn’t get my paycheck for that week/they tried to skip a week)which messed me up on paying my bills and rent!They touch your hours without telling you even if you go over your hours someone should let you know what they are fixing everytime. Their personnel lack professionalism. They need new management and restructure.
I worked with them and they won’t speak to me to clear my paycheck. The patient will now be moving else where. Laurie Ann and “Patches” are terrible to work with they refuse to call you when you need assistance and have failed to return my phone call. They are unprofessional and act the part of full authority, all I can say is their god like mentality will no longer service the patient nor myself. We are moving on to greener pastures.
I would never use them ..I called to tell them I didn't like the person taking care of my mom..they don't have any employees and all they want is your money..I have been waiting for 3 years for them to find someone new they don't care
The coordinator teresa she is very rude & unhelpful..she is totally ( and i caught her in a few lies ) she is unprofessional ! they keep telling me they will find me a worker since 2022 i usually dont complain but i think it time to ! Because the excuses are getting old and i still don't have an attendant I have had a couple of floaters 4 times since 2022 ...I don't even see how they are still in business ..& i heard other disturbing complaints from ex workers & clients ..I hope this knew company that bought them out recentl... read more
