Commit to be Fit is a wonderful program. Clean Eating. Personal training with Pamela. I made the commitment and have lost 40 lbs and 29" in six months. Feeling terrific.
I just love this gym. The girls there are all so wonderful and supportive. And it's so clean!
I was there at the beginning when Girlfriends first came to life. The chandeliers in the changing rooms first got my attention. Then, the kind, educated, caring, innovative, and considerate staff make Girlfriends a quality place for women. Try it...you will never be sorry.

I have been a member of several gyms over the years and this gym is a real find! Love the atmosphere and motivation. It is hard to find a gym with this variety of classes. Equipment is great for every level of fitness. Staff and instructors have been super. The gym is very clean and well maintained. You will not be disappointed . They always offer a challenge to take your workout up a notch.
