I love that it's all women of all ages who support each other and are very friendly. It has an awesome workout environment and many different classes you can take every day of the week. 😍

I have been with GFFC for quite a few years now and highly recommend it to any woman out there! It is such a welcoming environment filled with women who build you up and want to make you a better person all around. The classes are wonderful and all the instructors and trainers are great. You won’t regret coming to GFFC to start/continue your fitness journey!

I am relatively new to GF but am amazed each time I go by the great instructors and how friendly everyone is! Yoga has relieved me of some of my stiffness in short order. I can’t wait to not have two left feet at Zoomba and continue to gain confidence with each class. Joining GF is the best thing I could have done for myself! Thanks team GF!!
